Business Segment Overview:

 

Corporate: Engage in a deep variety of business-critical activities that keep our company running efficiently. From strategic marketing and financial management to human resources and operational oversight, you’ll have the opportunity to optimize processes and implement game-changing policies.

Responsibilities

Primary duties will include: 

  • Facilitating transactions of physical bars/coins with customers
  • Managing pre-refined material from collection to final assay with refinieries
  • Tracking of shipments from collection until delivery
  • Arranging and maintaining financing deals and inventory
  • Quote & Premium requests Carriers / Refineries
  • Daily Invoicing: All exports/imports
  • Develop and maintain relationships with Carriers and Refineries
  • Daily & monthly reconciliations of external nostros / physical depositories
  • Liaising with the FO / BO Precious Metals team globally
  • Working with relevant internal teams for compliance, risk and cash management expertise
  • Internal system reconciliations
  • Ad hoc problem resolution as required.
  • Follow and understand all internal procedures & comply with general FCA principles of business.

Qualifications

To land this role you will need:

  • Degree level or equivalent education (preferred)
  • Good work ethic and ability to work effectively in order to meet deadlines
  • Attention to detail and accuracy
  • Strong communication skills (written and oral)
  • Effective planning, organisation and time management skills
  • Commercial awareness
  • Ability to work effectively in a team
  • Forward thinking mindset, ability to think critically and solve problem
